Booking
When you submit a booking through our platform, you agree that the information provided is accurate and complete. This includes pickup and delivery addresses, item descriptions and any declared values.
Quotes and Payments
Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final charges may vary if actual shipment details differ. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Service Availability
While we strive for accurate service availability, certain services may not be offered to all locations or at all times.

You are responsible for ensuring your goods are packed to withstand the journey, including fragile, heavy and oversized items.
Certain items may be restricted or prohibited for shipment due to safety or legal reasons. Examples include hazardous materials, perishables and illegal goods. It is your responsibility to confirm whether your item is permitted before booking.
If prohibited items are booked and later discovered, carriers may refuse service and charges may still apply.
You may request changes or cancellation of a booking prior to the carrier’s pickup. Change and cancellation fees may apply in line with carrier terms. Fees are at the discretion of the carrier and may be passed on to you.
ShipMyself acts as an intermediary between you and the selected carrier. Each carrier has its own terms of carriage and liability conditions. ShipMyself does not assume liability for loss, damage, delay or additional costs resulting from carrier performance except where required by applicable law.
Claims for loss or damage must be made directly with the carrier in accordance with their terms, and you agree to cooperate fully in any claims process.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipMyself provides services “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet all your expectations. Other than as expressly stated, we make no warranties, whether express or implied.
Except where prohibited by law, ShipMyself will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services.
In any event, our total liability to you for any claim related in any way to your use of our services or site will not exceed the total fees you paid through ShipMyself for the affected booking.
All content on the ShipMyself website, including text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to ShipMyself. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse content without written permission.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
